Cow’s milk cheese that takes its name from the “quartirola” grass (grown after the third cut) which was fed to the cows in late summer. The seasoning gives it a strong flavour.

STORAGE: from +1°C to +6°C. It is recommended to leave the product at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
